This was our Christmas cake two years ago it was a two-tiered rich fruitcake, which was then royal iced with hand made snowflakes

sazzil: Hello to cake lovers everywhere, finally I have a blog to show you all of my beautiful cakes. I have been making cakes for the last four years. I also make cup cakes, cookies, macaroons and much more. I have been baking since I was 11 and have learnt everything from my mother as she is an amazing cook, to quote my brother when he was little boy “my mum bakes cakes, my mum bakes buns, they are the best cakes and buns”. For the last four years I have been studying at NUCA (Norwich University College of the Arts) and in June will be graduating with a BA in Visual Studies, within those four year I took a year out to have my little girl. I will be updating the blog with photos and stories as the happen.
